The air shifts, just slightly, that quiet shift between seasons you almost miss if you are not paying attention. And suddenly, our kitchen leans warmer. Palak Paneer on the stove: spinach melting into something deep & comforting, paneer holing its quiet strength soft but never lost ♥️

After years away, this Lunar New Year feels extra special - finally taking my girls home to experience the magic of Tết! There is nothing quite like the tantalising aroma of Thịt Kho Tàu on the stove and the tangy refreshing smell of picked shallots and vegetables.
Watching their curiosity light up as they taste, touch and hear Tết in Vietnam for the first time brings me deep joy. This year, I’m reminded that home isn’t just a place; it’s the people, the stories and the dishes that bring us together. Here’s to family, togetherness and traditions that never fade!
