There is some debate over the origins of Jerk and whilst many believe it originated from Africa, our sauce is made from a 100 year old Caribbean recipe. This variation of Jerk sauce provides the tastiest, fruitiest addition to your everyday meals. We have an original and hot sauce, complimented with a Caribbean style dukkah seasoning. Our hot isn’t a “blow your head off hot” By using Habanero for

its slightly sweet flavour, it can be enjoyed by everyone. The heat builds slowly to the perfect point which compliments your food without being overpowering or bringing tears to your eyes. We also developed a mouth watering seasoning with our signature premium ingredients from the success of our sauces.
