It was a real privilege for Simply Paella to be part of such a special occasion at Meyer Blinds. 🥘
We had the pleasure of preparing our Chicken & Chorizo Paella and Seafood Paella for Helen, Simon and their team as they celebrated some very special milestones.
To see so many team members who have been with the business for so many years is a wonderful reflection of the leadership, loyalty and genuine care for their people that exists within the Meyer Blinds family.
We were honoured to be part of their celebration and to share our paella with everyone on such a memorable occasion.

Not all paella is created the same.
As businesses grow, sometimes the focus can shift towards volume, efficiency and reducing costs — and along the way, the authenticity and respect for the product can get lost.
At Simply Paella, we believe paella deserves better.
So before you order, ask these three simple questions:
1️⃣ Are you using real saffron threads?
Saffron is an important part of traditional paella, contributing its distinctive aroma, flavour and colour. 🌼
2️⃣ What rice are you using?
The rice matters. We use Spanish Calasparra rice, chosen for its ability to absorb the flavours of the stock while maintaining its texture.
3️⃣ Are your proteins fresh or frozen?
Quality proteins make a difference. Ask what you’re actually getting and where it comes from.
