I am married to a wonderful man, Yehiel, who is an inspired and talented

chef with over 25 years of experience. He went to an agriculture school and then spent some years at a Kibbutz (communal living in Israel) where he experienced first hand the important connection between human kind and nature. It’s there at the kibbutz where he developed appreciation for fresh produce and that is when his philosophy of ‘add nothing that’s not essential to the flavour’ became his motto. Supporting the Australian farmers sits at the top of our proprieties, especially today. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Animal-fat Free, Egg Free and Kosher are added qualities to the most important value – TASTE! Dari’s Table represents us. Down to earth, honest and not over the top…
