Braza BBQ Meats What is in the marinade?

Braza BBQ Meats was born from our Braza Churrascaria restaurants, an Authentic Brazilian BBQ house, which has been operating in various locations around Sydney since we opened our first Braza back in November 2007 at Leichhardt. These days, you will find one Braza only, located at one of the most hippest and touristic restaurant hubs in Sydney, Darling Harbour.So… back to the BBQ Meats… The idea of providing and packaging our meats we serve in the restaurant to our customers, came because we often had (and have) questions like “Where can I buy this Meat? Why don’t you start selling these meats?” These questions were always to frequent, and that is why you can now buy the same cuts of Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Pork, Homemade Sausages, Hamburgers, Game meat etc, that we serve every day at our Braza restaurant.
