Welcome to Château Saint Michel… what a gorgeous day exploring this fabulous estate spanning over 115 hectares with views as far as the Mediterranean in the distance. By 4 wheel drive we drove from one vineyard to another, viewing vines, olive groves, vistas so big they were like postcards, tasting through the wines and enjoying dinner and drinks with Damien and his wife overlooking the vines how perfectly magical! Some of these wines are on pour at and 🍷🇫🇷 .

Exploring the .christophe Savary de Beauregard vineyards, gardens, wine making room and cellar with Cristophe. Originally owned by his grandmother their beautifully restored home and cellar sit on their 40 hectare property. With 8 grape varietals under vine including the famous and completely unique Picpoul Style which we are considering adding to our selection. Their gorgeous dog joined us for a walk through the vines which are green and fresh and full of life. They enjoy coastal breezes from the ocean off the Mèze coastline which we visited to collect local oysters, prawns and scallop pate which were all delicious. We enjoyed apertivo in the garden with the oysters accompanied by a bottle of their Picpoul and stayed in their guest accommodation overlooking the vineyard a truly magical experience! 🥂 you can find their rose on pour by the glass at Ballina sette wineimporter

A day exploring the wines of with Jean Yves in . Walking the vineyards of the and . Experiencing the very first bud burst. Such beautiful and healthy abundant vines and so many flowers, wild asparagus and poppies… these vines were planted in 1981 Jean Yves does everything in the vineyards and bunches are picked whole by hand. There is a freshness and depth of character to these wines. There are several small parcels 20 hectares in total. The Al Bosc is on pour by the glass in 2 of our 4 venues in both snd Noosa. Generous and delicious!! Chin 🍷

Sampling new wines from & and enjoying a magnificent pink sunset on the terrace with Florence & Geoff tasting vintage of our Clos du Causse & Why Not Pinot… Life is short. Spend time doing what you love with people who enjoy great wine. Life in France is a series of postcards, great wine, fabulous food at Chez Hallet in Fèlines and engaging conversations… and maybe a few lng lunches 😉🍷🇫🇷🖼️

Spent the afternoon yesterday discovering and exploring the vineyards, tasting through wines at the cellar door and enjoying a history lesson from on the rich history of the vineyard, and enjoying lunch on the terrace!!! You can enjoy some of these wines in and …. Depth, complexity, richness from the terrior and freshness from the mountain!! Santé 🍷🇫🇷

Day 3 Europa kicked off with award winnng wines, plus wines from and local wines. After 6 more meetings we headed off to local wineries by private mini coach for a lunch of fresh Navarra produce, wines from the Bodegas and a walk through the vineyard. I chose which is owned by 2 sisters Maria & Joanna who have taken over the Bodegas from their father. Maria was on my table for the welcome dinner … their specialise in Grenache style wines white, red and rose. They are located in a small village in North Navarre with a population of not more than 300 people. They have a central cellar door and barrel room with their vineyards circle the village with majestic views. We walked around one of the vineyards with very old vines and it was a special experience. Later we attended a master class back in Pamplona on wines, terrior and climate followed by a Pintxos meander through local bars also showcasing Navarre wines… a very long and exhausting day with so much to take in however I can say with certainty the wines and the people of Navarre wrap you in a warm hug and are such a delight!!!

Day 2 13 meetings, 70+ wines tasted, lunch by the pool with a saxophonist a walk through Pamplona and a Gala Cocktail party… my mind spinning with information, my feet were screaming but so many wonderful complex and interesting wines hard to pick favourites however there were some outstanding wines… we took a walking tour through the Village stopping at important sites and buildings and finishing with a Gala Cocktail Party at .hotel which is part of a magnificent converted chapel. The whole day so well executed. One on one meetings like speed dating tasting through various regions of and . My cup is overflowing literally!!! 🍷💃❤️

Life lately for Luxe Cellars + The Wine Muses … our wines have landed at in Ballina and are on the shelf and on the wine list… woohoo 🥳 I also popped into and enjoyed their weekend special of 2 course for $45 I had the beef tortellini and the crépes delicious!! Eith à glass of our great match the acidity anx the complexity of the wine beautifully balanced out the tortellini… I also found a cute and eclectic bar in excellent rose and sparkling on happy hour 4-6pm images attached. Shout out to Lindsay such lovely guy. Carpé Diem 🍷💃
