Job Responsibilities:
🔪 Process beef, lamb and pork according to industry standards
🔪 Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
🔪 Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
🔪 Follow daily boning room production schedules and meet quality expectations.
Requirements:
✅ Trade qualified butcher
✅ Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
✅ Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
✅ Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic.
