Introducing Cheese & Wine After Hours — a new series of intimate, after-hours tasting events held right here in our Paddington shop, after the doors close for the evening.
Each session is an experience: a small group, a guided journey through a theme, and four carefully matched cheese and wine pairings by Michael and Ken, and our friend Guillaume Papillon DipWSET ().
Our first session is called The Soft Stuff — a deep dive into the world of soft cheese. We will work through four pairings across the soft cheese spectrum, from delicate and fresh to rich and oozy, each matched with a wine that brings out its best.
