Just for something different, I also do canteens. This one is from a dance concert which went extremely well. I did the usual drinks, chips, chocolates, lollies, as well as hot food. Looking forward to the next one! If you know of an event that requires a canteen, please let me know!

So, it occurred to me that I've been rather quiet on this page of late. I guess things just got away from me, with the crazy Christmas rush, and then school holidays. I've had some great little jobs recently, so I'll try to make more of an effort to post some pics.xx

I just wanted to say a very big thank you to everyone that visited my stall on Saturday. I had a great day and really appreciate being able to do what I love. If you weren't able to make it, stay tuned for more dates and times that I'll be doing. I have a few things in the pipeline that I'm very excited about. I would also say a massive THANK YOU to my lovely friend Jenny from Jenny Wren Photography who did all of my logo and business card design. I can't recommend her highly enough! She's an extremely talented photographer and designer. If you're needing quality photos done or a bit of design work, please talk to Jenny. You wont be disappointed!!

Just a reminder that I'll be at the Luddenham Public School Spring Fair tomorrow from 10am-3pm. I've been cooking up a storm today and set to do an all nighter, so there will be lots of goodies tomorrow. I hope to see you there!!!

The house smells amazing thanks to these White Chocolate & Macadamia cookies that I just pulled out of the oven. Crunchy on the outside, softer in the middle, just delish!! I couldn't even wait till they were cool to try one. lol

My first attempt at a gluten free cake! Intense Orange & Almond cake. No flour in this at all. Full of flavour with a dash of Cointreau, the word in from my taste testers was that it was pretty yum!! Will be making this again very soon!
