🍫 A layer of creamy chocolate cheesecake
🤍 Followed by our classic vanilla cheesecake
🍫 Finished with silky chocolate ganache
✨ And shards of Cadbury Top Deck to top it all off 🤤

Chocolatey, creamy, perfectly balanced and already given the toddler tick of approval ✔️😂

A little behind the scenes of today’s Blood Lime cheesecakes 🍋‍🟩🤍

Probably one of my favourite parts — when all the baking is done and I finally get to bring them to life! 🥹

Fresh homemade blood lime curd, toasted Swiss meringue, roasted macadamias, white chocolate… and me making a whole lot of mess in between 😂

All made from scratch, by me, in my little home kitchen 🤍

Two flavours, lots of blood lime goodness and soooo worth the effort 🤤
