WE’RE HIRING 🧁✨

The Cupcake Factory is looking for an experienced Cake Decorator to join our team!

📍 Artarmon, Sydney
🗓 Friday & Saturday availability is essential
⏰ Minimum 13 hours per week
🕗 8am–4pm Monday–Friday | 7:30am–1:30pm Saturday

Additional hours, up to full-time, are available for the right candidate and to cover staff leave.

We’re looking for someone with professional cake decorating experience, strong buttercream and piping skills, a great eye for detail, and the ability to work confidently and efficiently in a busy bakery environment.

From cupcakes and mini cupcakes to cookies and individually boxed cupcakes, with vegan and gluten-free options available too, there’s something for teams and workplaces of every size.

And most importantly, 10% of all sales from our R U OK? Day range will be donated to R U OK? to support the work they do encouraging meaningful conversations and connection.
