SOTO BETAWI contains slow cooked Beef Tendon, Tripes and Briskets (Chicken option available) cooked with Coconut Cream Indonesian Curry base served with Potatoes, Tomatoes, Shallot, and Bitternut Cracker.

ASINAN, traditional Indonesian dish made from pickled fruits or vegetables served with a sweet, sour, salty, and spicy dressing.

ICED MELON KUWUT, Popular Indonesian Drinks from Melon Mixed with Basil Seeds, coconut Jelly, with freshness flavour.

ICED DULCE DE LATTE, cold Supa Crema Lavazza Coffee topped with a light, fluffy “cloud” foam flavored with home made dulce de leche.
