Meanwhile me at 6am: shopping, chopping vegetables, cooking rice, washing dishes, packing meals, and wondering why I chose this life 😂

Then Monday afternoon rolls around and local families are picking up their meals for the week.

Makes it all worth it ❤️

🫜🌞 Views from another busy Sunday. Chargrilled King prawns to be dipped in a thai chilli lime sauce, roasted seasonal vegetables, a mediterranean roasted pumpkin side with feta and fresh herbs, a vibrant green Harvest salad with a lemon Dijon dressing and many more.

I feel so lucky cooking for beautiful people & Lauren. Congratulations on your wedding 🥂✨

Last Sunday: a Thai–Spanish fusion dinner I hosted at home - the beginning of a special project celebrating 💝🎂
Chorizo croquetas with homemade sriracha mayo, tuna tartlets with toasted rice & larb herbs, garlic grilled king prawns on Tom yum gazpacho, and seafood fideuà (and so much more) served around a table dressed in candlelight, peppers, and summer reds.

Thank you to this beautiful bunch for a great night together .fabregas .yutiu , and to the cooks ,beautiful birthday cake and myself
