Dear Cafe Bido fans, friends and patrons,

For those of you who are unaware: the Sans Souci Shopping Village, the 12.5 year home of Cafe Bido and other shops, has been rezoned and will be demolished for a 96 apartment unit development. Hooray for progress and over development :(.

The current incarnation of Cafe Bido will cease to exist at this location. Our last day of trade is this coming Saturday the 19th of November - business as usual until then. We have reached a mutually beneficial private agreement with the owners of the building and look forward to a break. We're tired and are taking long service leave.

We will be bulk ordering Gusto coffee beans from time to time and can arrange free local delivery to those in need of a fix for their home machines.

While at rest, we will be working on our next next. Stay tuned to this page for future announcements regarding coffee sales, Alexandra's jams etc.

We thank you all for you patronage, loyalty, and friendship. In our 12.5 years we've watched children grow into adults, romances, local scandals, births and deaths and much more. Our kids have grown before your eyes too! Thank you to all our staff over the years. We've had some amazing people behind the counter.
