Update; thanks to those who have been enquiring about my cakes and also my health. I've been a little up and down and I've taken a break but still able to bake a batch or two here and there. I'm also keen to get some gluten free cakes going again soon too. So if you're thinking about my delicious cakes and need a restock please contact me via text message. Eric Stevens Purbrick was a cherished member of the Purbrick family, whose deep connection to Tahbilk spans generations. It's an absolutely brilliant time of year to visit Tahbilk Estate, with vintage 2024 in full swing.

Over the next few months, we'll be picking, crushing and fermenting fruit, as it comes in off the vineyard.

You'll also see and smell the wonderful ferments in the Red Fermenting Cellar at Tahbilk Cellar Door, as well as the hive of activity as the underground cellars fill their casks.
