Had an incredible time at Stud Beef Victoria Cattle Handlers Camp
On Wednesday the 15th to Saturday, 18th of April, we were down in Geelong for the stud beef cattle handlers camp. We took three heifers, Eagle Ridge Veebee led by Jessica Vardy, Eagle Ridge Vera, led by Dexter Vardy, and Eagle Ridge Wondergirl lead Yu Ling
Yu ling was a previous backpacker who stayed with us and has come back from Singapore, especially for this camp, to have a go at showing. She arrived 1 day before this camp and has taken everything in like a sponge.
Results
Jessica and Eagle Ridge Veebee - Champion senior handler and Veebee came 3rd in her class
Dexter Vardy and Eagle Ridge Vera - highly commended, and Vera came 5th in her class
Yu Ling and Eagle Ridge Wondergirl - reserve champion senior handler and Wondergirl came 7th in her class.
