There’s something special about a great Shiraz, and today we’re celebrating two very different expressions of the same variety.

Our Witches Falls Provenance Shiraz is generous and full-bodied, bringing ripe mulberry, black-ruby plum, and a hint of pepper, with a savoury finish. Beside it, our Old Vine Shiraz, crafted from 70-year-old Riverland vines, offers rich layers of blackberry, dark chocolate, dried cherry, and earthy spice, wrapped in silky tannins.

To celebrate World Chardonnay Day, we’re shining a light on one of the world’s most versatile grape varieties.

Originally from Burgundy, France, Chardonnay is loved for its ability to take on many different expressions, from crisp and refreshing to rich and buttery.
At Witches Falls, Chardonnay holds a special place in our hearts. It was the first white variety we produced back in 2003 and later became the pioneering varietal in our Wild Ferment Collection.

Today, we proudly produce two distinct expressions.
Our Wild Ferment Chardonnay is naturally fermented with wild yeast and matured in French oak, resulting in a soft, golden w**e with creamy complexity and a delicate balance.
Our Witches Falls Provenance Chardonnay is aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness, bright citrus notes, and fruit-driven character, resulting in a crisp, easy-drinking style.
