This new core range l***r didn't happen overnight. We've been at it for a while, developing what we think you expect from an brewery. A premium & authentic l***r made with superior ingredients, craft processes and a whole mountain of passion. 

Every batch starts with processing of whole grain dryland rice from Casino NSW, in our purpose-built cereal cooker, before heading to a sub 12C fermentation and 21-day l***ring.  The result is an exceptionally clean l***r with super drinkability. A sprinkle of Sabro hops adds hints of melon and lime, in an initial malt sweetness not usually found in a low carb b**r.   

Just like all our b**rs, RAMM XDRY is naturally carbonated in the can and keg to create a complex and rounder b**r with extended freshness. A rare process, left to breweries that are dedicated to the craft. 

4.2% ABV

🍸 45ml Vodka
🍑 30ml Lychee liqueur
🍋 15ml lime juice

How to make it 🧊
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
