I was going to keep a very special barrel of French Oak Single Malt for the distillery (that means just for me 😊), but we’ve decided (I’ve been told…) to let a few bottles go at barrel straight as a special treat (not for me!!). Our very first Barrel Strength French Oak release is open for pre orders now on the website (www.something, I forget 😉) It’s strictly limited to 10 individually numbered bottles (and no amount of arm twisting is going to change that number…). Drink it, Gift it, Collect it (or let me keep it) the choice is yours. Below is a photo of the label. (Because a sexy marketing photo might have the wrong effect 😇).

This barrel started life in France, made for a Victorian w**e maker. Today it gets a new life as a Tamworth Distillery wh**ky barrel. With a fresh toasting and a #2 char, releasing vanilla & spice notes but keeping its hard earned rich dried fruits and berry heritage.
Bring on Tamworth’s hot summers and cold winters, and let’s see it perform its magic.

We’re Introducing a new range to the Tamworth Distillery lineup this week, Fruit Infused Vodka. The first two off the still are Nundle Berry Vodka & Tropical Fruit Salad Vodka. Tamworth’s own crisp vodka with a generous hint of fruity notes. We’ve only made a few, so they’re only available at the Peel Street Markets for now.
