Even after all these years, one of the things we hear most often is: “I didn’t know I could come in and buy your flour!”

The answer is…absolutely!

While we primarily supply bakeries across the country, we’re also very happy to supply home bakers, micro bakeries, and anyone who simply loves quality flour.

No minimum order quantities. No pre-ordering required. Just drive in, bring cash, and we’ll happily sort you out.

It’s hard to beat a loaf of classic white sourdough like this one from Lagom Bakers. A chewy ear and moist crumb, slowly fermented for the best flavour. Perfect for toast, sandwiches and dipping in soup as the weather continues to cool. Yum 👌

Laminated layers baked to a rich golden finish, with that signature crisp bite in every fold. These flaky, golden pastries from The South Levain couldn’t be more beautiful.

NEW BAKERY ALERT 🚨

Congratulations to the amazing husband-and-wife team, Kieren and Lara Weber, who have opened another location of Palms Artisan Bakery in Taree 👏

To think it all started with a home-made masonry oven and teaching themselves the art of sourdough baking, before opening their first store in Forster in December 2023!

A craving for sourdough has turned into a thriving bakery business, serving Pacific Palms and beyond. We're proud to have supplied Palms with our AllGrain Bakers Flour and a range of other bakery products since Day 1.

Definitely worth stopping in to either location if you're visiting the Mid North Coast this festive season!
