Steve & Larene are packing their bags and heading to the Good Food & W**e Show in Brisbane! 🍷

We can’t wait to pour you a glass, share a few laughs and introduce you to some of our favourite Turkey Flat w**es, including our newly released Single Site Stonewell Shiraz.

Continuing our introductions of the team here at Turkey Flat, today we say hello to Larene. Local to the Barossa but loves to travel with her husband Alex and Arlo (her doggo), often in their caravan, no doubt with some of our cans in the fridge. Larene looks after our Marketing and PR, amongst a few other areas as happens in small family businesses!

What a sight this morning as over 400 Harley-Davidson Australia & New Zealand riders are in the Barossa this weekend for the SA State H.O.G. rally and rode past the Vineyard. Great sight, awesome noise. We can add a few cans in the saddle bags for the ride home.

We have been keeping a little secret here at Turkey Flat, but we are proud to announce we have a new baby, and there is cuteness overload!! We've kept the family tradition alive and released our Rosé in 375ml bottles!

Happy International Grenache Day!

Here at Turkey Flat, we really do love Grenache.

And we’re not the only ones! Huon Hooke awarded our Grenache 92 points, describing it as “bright, fresh, fruit-driven” with “serious intensity of flavour” and a “lacing of peppermint.”

From our old vines to the bottle or the can, it’s a variety that’s been part of our story for generations — and one we’re always happy to raise a glass to.

Cheers to Grenache! 🍷
