A WINTER CHILL PILL
Winter in our vineyard is a season of rest. After harvest, the vines go dormant, storing energy in their roots and recovering from a year of growth. This pause is essential, it allows them to return balanced, healthy, and ready to produce great fruit. There could be a lesson in that for all of us?
