APPRENTICE/TRAINEE COOPER

We manufacture premium oak barrels for the Australian and international wine and spirit industries. Our reputation has been built across more than 130 years since we employed our first apprentices in the late 1880s.

This position would suit a recent school leaver, or someone looking for something outside the classroom. It's a unique opportunity in a highly specialised, in-demand trade. The successful candidate will be guided by our senior cooperage team, with more than 150 years’ experience between them.

This is a four-year apprenticeship (approximately) to achieve the skill levels required to become a Qualified Cooper.

As a manufacturer of premium oak barrels for the Australian and International Wine & Spirit Industries we pride ourselves on our reputation which has been built over 130 years.
