Friday Knockoffs this week with , hosted by owner and winemaker Shawn Kalleske.

Laughing Jack has been producing wines since 1999, though the Kalleske family's connection to the Barossa stretches back much further. Shawn is a sixth-generation Barossan, with generations before him farming the same land that now grows the fruit for Laughing Jack's wines and is home to their beautiful Marananga cellar door.

Join Shawn in the laneway for a tasting of some of the range and a few stories about the family history.

We're celebrating a milestone release from Charles Melton Wines, marking 40 years of Rose of Virginia Rosé.

The V26 release is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Cabernet and Pinot Meunier. Think strawberries, musk, a little Turkish delight and plenty of crunchy red fruit, all tied together with bright acidity.

We're pouring it by the glass for the next few weeks. Come in and raise one to 40 years.

Friday Knockoffs will be featuring Seabrook Wines this week, hosted by owner, winemaker and local nice guy Hamish Seabrook.

A fifth-generation Barossan, Hamish revived the historic Seabrook label and has been making seriously impressive wines ever since. He'll be pouring a lineup from one of the Barossa's great family names, come in for a drop.

Every time someone orders our pappardelle puttanesca and picks out the olives and capers, one of our chefs cries.

Rich tomato sauce, al dente pappardelle, fresh lemon zest, ricotta and plenty of salty, punchy olives and capers throughout. It's all there for a reason.
