Had a great day serving food at Ink Obsession Tattoo & Piercing for their flash day and market
Tried a few new things and the new spicy pulled chicken was a hit
Had some good laughs and as always great discussions over smoked foods with other enthusiast
Thanks to my offsider Estelle for those little emergency shop runs and getting dad bits here and there
We had a few hiccups to start with but found a way and got on with it, wouldn’t have fun without an extra challenge or two 🤦‍♂️
Finding our groove with where we are heading food wise for the immediate future and what we want to grow towards over the coming year
Thanks to everyone who bought our tasty bbq treats and thankyou for all the great feedback

Well that’s a wrap for this year, in a short time we’ve had so much fun, started to find our groove and done way more than we planned
Amazing times cooking bbq for awesome people, great feedback and more bookings for next year
Would like to thank our local suppliers Apex Bakery Gumshire Pork Abelsway Farm &rproduce, some great local business provided amazing quality local produce
Would also like to thank Damien from Addiction Artisan Coffee Roasters for getting us started on our brunch menu giving us a avenue to tey something different with our smoked meats
We’ve had a blast and learnt a lot
Would also like to ya ks our staff Ruder, Estelle and chloe allmdoinh amazing jobs in a new field, could bot do the evente without great staff, thankyou guys , love ya work
Well take a few weeks off for some much needed R & R and some quality family time and a break from cooking bbq
Haha as if, I’l be doing some enjoyment cooking woyh the kids trying new things as we cant not cook good bbq
Have a metry xmas and happy new year and stay save out there

Catering spots are filling up and it’s starting to look like a busy run through to mad March
