Esie had a great day at the Toowoomba Poultry Club show on the weekend
Nothing fancy few first places and seconds- pretty proud of her for that at such a big show 🙂

BUT what she loved most was the encouragement award/trophy!
If your a club encouraging the Junoirs is such a must!

She took that trophy and her place cards to kindy and did show and tell even got up and told everyone about it, without being nervous because she loves her chickens!!

On the weekend
We went to the Roma ag show

Our offsider got some placing - there is no Junoir section at this show so she was up against everyone 🙂

Fun day out and some gorgeous birds to have a look at

Reserve champion large light soft feather

And our littlest offsider who stayed with dad helping unload ‘red’

Huge day at Wandoan on the weekend !

Esie has come home with Champion Junoir (call duck bred by Chantal
Osmond) and Reserve Champion Junior (silkie bred by Anna Knott) !

I got champion bantam hard feather
With an OEG ginger pullet bred by Bear Hazzardcamp
And we get our name on the ANGUS BAHNISCH memorial trophy!

Red got reserve bantam soft feather - pretty good sense she was champion last year 🙂

Bear got champion Large Hard Feather with a Blacm/red OEG pullet

Bear got reserve bird of show with his Langshan pullet - and champion bantam soft feather

And i got reserve for most points

Our home bred Bantam Australorp pullet has got second for the second tome 🤣 out placed by bears Langshans each time Bahaha 🤣

Esie is loving show casing our home bred quails 🙂

Had to share as it’s true! I’ve seen what they do to a chicken they just don’t like, I have no doubt what they’d do to a human
And well I definitely know what they do to my toenails when they are painted 🤣🤣
