We had a great weekend at Royal Bathurst Show. The grounds and sheds are so spectacular all being built in the 1800s.

Our sheep performed well but the best performance was o’Jed O'Neill playing a game rugby union and rugby league on Saturday.

Thank you to the Bathurst Show organisers and congratulations to Cotties Run and Belvedere Park on their wins.

We are super excited to be able to say that today at Taralga show along with other wins, we received supreme interbreed champion ewe. We were so happy to be able to show our sheep this year at our home town and thank all the competitors for making today great!

Last night we held our 2021 AGM. NSW SS president is Charlotte Close. Charlotte is the youngest and the first female president for our wonderful society. She has big shoes to fill with Greg Good, our immediate past president, being at the helm since 2013.

We are very happy to welcome our new purchases bought from the NSW suffolk genetics sale. We thank Tillara Park Suffolk & Poll Dorset Stud for ‘Rodger’ our new stud ram to sire next years stud lambs, with Ashley Park and Noble Lee bloodlines. We also thank Closeup Poll Dorset & Suffolk Stud for a very handy ewe with a Kurralea lamb at foot. We are very excited to bring new genetics into our stud. 🤍🖤

Having a wonderful time at at the Nsw Sheep Championships at Dubbo Show.

Our sheep have done well beyond our expectations with a large showing of Suffolk breeders from all parts of NSW.
