Moffatt Fresh Produce is looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard & Farm Hand to join our team in Tarome!

If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a hands-on team, and contributing to a thriving fresh produce operation, this could be the role for you.

🥕 About the Role:

This full-time position will cover a range of general yard and farm duties, including:

- Yard maintenance and upkeep
- Assisting with farm operations
- Loading/unloading produce and materials
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Supporting day-to-day logistics as required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- Forklift licence (preferred)
- HR truck licence (minimum), HC truck licence is preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Operating advanced spray technology including:
🤖 Ecorobotix ARA AI Precision Field Sprayer
🚁 DJI Agricultural Spray Drones
🚜 Trailing Boom Sprayer
• Accurate and compliant chemical application
• Equipment setup, calibration & basic maintenance
• Working closely with a supportive farm team

👨‍🌾 What We’re Looking For:
• Spraying or farm machinery experience preferred
• Drone licence a bonus, not essential (training available)
• Strong attention to detail & safety focus
• Enjoys hands-on work and modern ag tech
