Can we just have a moment for the state of some of these country roads?! 😭😂

After today's deliveries, I swear my Jeep has officially filed for divorce.

Today's route had me travelling the Tatura-Murchison Road, the roads out to Heathcote and the Goulburn Valley Freeway into Shepparton and WOW.

My suspension has given up. My coffee ended up somewhere in another postcode. And I'm pretty sure my soul left my body around pothole number 47. 💀

No joke though, some of them are so rough they genuinely don't feel safe. Every pothole had me apologising to the meals in the back like, "I'm so sorry little buddy." 😭

I genuinely LOVE delivering to you all but surely I'm not the only one thinking these roads need some serious attention?!

Anyway, if my Jeep and I survive another week, I have something VERY exciting coming that is on next weeks menu. 👀

Big day in the kitchen today! 👩‍🍳

Fajita Bake, Chicken Enchiladas, Swedish Meatballs, Cordon Bleu Casserole and Cheese & Bacon Rolls all cooked, packed and labelled by hand.

One thing I'm proud of with Keep It Keto is that every meal is made in my home kitchen, not a huge warehouse. I personally choose the ingredients, cook every batch and pack every order myself.

Some days the only thing standing between me and takeaway is being prepared 👏🏼

Today was admin, deliveries, running around and a little exhaustion. The kind of day where grabbing fast food would have been the easiest option.

But instead?
