• Pick up: once the design is approved, a 50% deposit is required before any printing commences. The remaining balance is due and payable on pick up, or via bank transf

• If commencement of the order has not yet begun, there will be no charge for cancellation
• If the final design has been finalised and you wish to cancel your order, there is a $20.00 fee for our time
• If you wish to cancel your order once it has been finalised and printing has begun, you will not be entitled to a refund. Thank you very much; I look forward to working with you for your special occasion
