The perfect night to cozy up with our
Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC 🍷

This wine is a blend of Nero d’Avola and Syrah grapes grown in western Sicily. It has a vibrant ruby red colour with purple shades. The nose featuring aromas of red fruits and notes of green pepper.

The Syrah balances the savoury Nero d’Avola with some solid fruit sweetness and depth. The palate has an appealing smoothness and good length, with a soft velvety texture. This is an old world wine made using new world winemaking techniques.

Rosabrook 2018 Shiraz
Bright, vibrant purple red with a medium intensity. Lifted spicy Shiraz fruit with a nice touch of oak. Palate is medium weight with bright spicy fruit and medium weight tannins to finish.

Rosabrook 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep colour with the classic bouquet of briar Cabernet and unmistakably Margaret River this wine has a rich and structured palate.
