Most people know about pork crackle, but lamb crackle might just be one of the best things you’ll ever try!

Crispy, salty crackle on the outside. Fall-apart slow-cooked lamb underneath.

This recipe has become a firm favourite in our house and once you try it, you’ll understand why.
