Our aim in the New Year 2026 is to provide a great service to the community and continue the volunteer work that the previous committee and volunteers have done to give a new lease on life to the old bowlzy! Since 2015, with the fantastic support of organisational grants we ha

ve been able to:
- upgrade the electrical wiring of the clubhouse,
- install air conditioning throughout the building
- upgrade the toilet facilities,
- install a disabled ramp entrance,
- upgrade all external seating for safety of those who visit,
- install a solar system,
- purchase 20 sets of junior bowls,
- purchase an electric griddle, 2 bain maries & a new 2 door fridge,
- replace the ancient green mower & BBQ.
- upgrade the kitchen facility and equipment. We are very grateful to sponsors and for the grants which have assisted us in our endeavours. Sport & Recreation, Gambling Community Benefit Fund, Volunteer Grants, Banana Shire Council, Evolution Mining, Anglo Coal & Aeris Resources. At the end of the day, it is the volunteers who keep this place going.
