It’s finally time to introduce you to a couple of my chocolate bonbons!

These are couverture white chocolate shells filled with either macadamias and mango ganache or strawberries and cream. They look too good to eat and too hard to resist.

Each box contains 16 chocolates with a net weight of just over 185gm.

The price is $45 and I accept major credit cards at no additional cost. If you live in Tomerong I also offer free delivery to your door.

The bonbons are all hand made with love and made to order. You’ll soon see additional and unique flavours you can choose from, so get excited and contact me for more details.

Welcome back friends!

I have a couple of new treats to show you that are available that will be made to order.
Starting with an all time Aussie favourite of white and dark couverture chocolate frogs. Did you know that Freddo Frogs were invented way back in 1930 at MacRobertson’s by an 18yo employee and have been sold ever since?

I make these 20gm frogs with either white or dark chocolate, and for my vegan friends, you’ll be glad to know that the dark ones are vegan friendly. Sold in packs of 10 for $25.00 plus postage.

I’ve also been working on a halva and pistachio thick chocolate block. The halva is made with tahini and blended with sugar, corn syrup, and freshly roasted Australian pistachio crumbs centred in dark couverture chocolate. They weigh about 190gm, cost $25.00 each plus postage, and taste delicious!

My apologies for the delay and thanks for your patience. I needed to have emergency surgery to my eye, which went well, and am still waiting for some equipment for the chocolates.
