Did you know we pick our tomatoes at different stages depending on what they’re destined for?
• Mature Green - firm, just starting to blush. Great for transport.
• Pink → Light Red stage - partially coloured, balances shelf-life and flavour.
• Fully Red / Ripe stage - maximum flavour, perfect for local sales or direct to consumer.
By harvesting at different maturity stages, we ensure you get the freshest, tastiest tomatoes. ☺️

Fresh Tomato Bruschetta – Ready in 10 Minutes! 🍅🥖

Ingredients:
2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Sliced baguette, toasted

Instructions:
Mix tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt & pepper in a bowl.
Spoon mixture onto toasted baguette slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
