Not all beehives stay in one place. 🐝🌿

Throughout the year, our bees follow the bloom. Travelling to different regions of Western Australia as native trees and wildflowers come into season.

This careful movement allows our bees to forage naturally, supports hive health, and helps create the distinctive flavours found in our Jarrah, Marri, Wildflower and other premium honey varieties.

By working alongside nature's rhythms, we're able to produce honey that truly reflects the landscapes our bees call home.

From flowering forests to golden jars, every harvest begins with a bloom. 🍯✨

Have you ever opened a jar of honey and found it thick, grainy or completely crystallised? 🍯

It's one of the questions we get asked most often and the good news is that crystallisation is completely natural.

Raw honey contains naturally occurring sugars that gradually form crystals over time. Factors such as the honey variety, storage temperature and season can all influence how quickly this happens.

Rather than being a sign that your honey has spoiled, crystallisation is often an indication that the honey has been minimally processed and retains its natural characteristics.

If you prefer a runnier consistency, simply place the jar in warm water and allow the crystals to gently dissolve.

Do you prefer your honey liquid or crystallised? Let us know below πŸ‘‡πŸ

Ever wondered what the TA rating on honey means? 🍯🐝

TA stands for Total Activity and measures the natural antibacterial activity found in certain honeys. The higher the rating, the stronger the tested activity.

While all honey is naturally delicious, active honey has been independently tested to verify its antibacterial properties, helping you choose the right honey for your needs.
