💧 Labourer / Trade Assistant – Water Services
Gierke Water Services is looking for a reliable Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our growing team.
The role will involve a range of work across the water industry, including:
* đź’§ Bore installations
* 🔧 Bore testing and servicing
* đźšś Pipeline installation
* 🛠️ General water infrastructure works
* General labouring and assisting tradesmen on site
* Working with plant, equipment and tools
* Travelling and working away from home from time to time
What we’re looking for:
✅White Card – must have, or be willing to obtain
✅Well Safety Course – must have, or be willing to obtain
âś…A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
âś…Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions
âś…Willingness to travel and work away when required
âś…Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
âś…Must be willing to complete site inductions and ongoing training
âś…Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing
âś…A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills
No experience? No worries.
Experience in plumbing, civil construction, drilling, earthmoving or water infrastructure would be an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn a range of practical skills across bore construction, pipelines, pumping systems and general water infrastructure.
