We’ve worked out a way to deliver easy and delicious smoked meal solutions without artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, nitrates, nitrites, thickeners, gums, or acidity regulators! Locally sourced produce is injected with preservative free apple-juice and smothered with in-Haus prepared rubs/spices/sauces, before wood-smoking. The products are then sliced/pulled/sauced and vacuum packed for a food-safety sous-vide stage before cooling and packing. The result: great tasting foods, sourced and made locally, ready in minutes, with no nasties, with stacks of 10-20 minute recipe ideas .

Tonight, my mate Reubin from saved me! He just rocked up to the Ipswich winter meat fest to check out the scene (it was crazy crazy busy!). He hung out at our stall and then I got so busy he got sucked into the vortex! Reubin jumped straight on the tools and helped me out. Couldn’t have done it without him this man is a champ! 🤜🤛👌
