Fantastic quality meat
Beautiful meat, worth paying the little bit extra for! Do yourself a favour and invest in quality!

Generous portion sizes (which I love), and sealed great too. And the fact that Speckle Park Beef has higher omega 3s justifies me doubling my beef intake 🙂

This fella was the reason we started our paddock to plate business,
He came as a small calf on a cow we bought to use in our embryo recipient program.
We processed him at 15 months for our own personal consumption and were amazed at the quality and tenderness of the meat, even though he had very poor temperament.

He ate so well and was so tender we just had to share this amazing breed and their meat with others
