Fantastic quality meat
Beautiful meat, worth paying the little bit extra for! Do yourself a favour and invest in quality!
Generous portion sizes (which I love), and sealed great too. And the fact that Speckle Park Beef has higher omega 3s justifies me doubling my beef intake 🙂

So here's something a little different . Most people would have never eaten this piece of beef before.
It is usually classed as a piece offal,but I tell you you need to try some. It is amazing, tender juicy and full of flavour
I take it home from every beast we process,trim it up and cut it across the grain, then fry it,best eaten rare.
It's Diaphragm or skirt steak.
You got to try it
