The knowledge in his art began 62 years ago in Metlika, Slovenia on the Croatian border and led him to Graz in Austria where he worked for 5 years before migrating to Australia in 1960. Toni owned and operated 4 shops in Southern NSW and after a 4 year stint in farming he settled in Toowoomba and back to butchering in 1980 At Tonis we believe in supporting our local farmers so our produce is purch

ased from local saleyards by Toni himself. We are proud of our European heritage and continue to produce all our smallgoods on the premises here in Toowoomba to Tonis high standard and traditional recipes. Tonis Super Meats is a family run business, Toni, Matt, his son in law,Sonja, his daughter, his grand children Steph and Alex or any one of our staff believe strongly in old fashioned customer service and offer the highest standard in quaility cuts of meats, meal solutions and of course traditional smallgoods.
