What a fantastic night at The Downs Club for our Jim Barry Wine Dinner 2026! 🍷

A beautiful evening of exceptional Clare Valley wines, outstanding food and great company, with special guest Jane Ferrari.

From Hokkaido scallops and Sir Harry Wagyu oyster blade to 12-month aged Manchego and our final taste of Jim Barry Armagh Shiraz — it was a memorable journey from start to finish.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make tonight such a special evening. 🥂🍽️

Tonight, The Downs Club had the pleasure of hosting the Toowoomba Wine Club's President's Dinner with a fun 4th of July American theme! 🇺🇸

Guests enjoyed a menu inspired by classic American favourites, including Maine lobster roll, biscuits and gravy, and a decadent s'mores parfait to finish.
