I’ve tweaked my tortilla recipe and it’s pretty darn good.

This fully vegan taco isn’t just for vegans, roasted cauliflower with paprika, chili flakes and coconut oil, black beans with onion and taco seasoning, Hellmans plant based mayo and chipotle drizzle, topped with handmade salsa!

I tested it today and it was probably my favorite to date!

We are serving them up during lunch tomorrow and Sunday.

Also on offer and all served with handmade coconut oil tortillas, complimentary handmade salsa and iced tea…

Ham, cheese, onion and egg
Bacon cheese and egg
Spicy potatoes, egg and cheese
Buffalo Chicken, iceberg, Mexican cheese, sour cream drizzle
Charcoal Grilled Mexican Beef Flank (fajita/carne asada), Chipotle Hellmans Mayo slaw, Mexican blend cheese, sour cream drizzle
Charcoal Grilled Mexican Chicken (pollo asado), Chipotle Hellmans Mayo slaw, Mexican blend cheese, sour cream drizzle

What’s on your mind? Tacos of course!

Thank you all so much for coming today, as an Aussie would say “it was a ripper” and we had so much fun serving you all!

Join us tomorrow 7:00am to 10:30am breakfast and 11:00am to 2:00pm for lunch! The grilled beef fajitas took the top spot today and it was as our first time serving them! Yummo!

Salsa 💃

This salsa is the bomb! Fluffy, light, a bit of heat and sea salt! 🧂 ♥️ 💚

We tested the achiote paste we brought from Texas on the chicken last night and I approve!

Tacos! Tacos! Tacos! Yippee! 🌮 🎶

Grand Opening Saturday and Sunday 15-Mar and 16-Mar 7:00am to 2:00pm. Hope to see your smiling faces!

We will assemble until sold out and we will reserve tortillas for reservations. If you want to book just message here.

Breakfast Tacos - handmade coconut oil tortillas, eggs, jalapeno potatoes, bacon, sausage, cheese, refried beans! Pick your favs!

Lunch Tacos - Buffalo Chicken, Texas Chili, Pollo Asado and Carne Asada ( these will be made with charcoal grilled flank steak) The Mexican Asados are marinated overnight with orange/line juice, olive oil and Mexican spices!

All served with handmade salsa and pico de gallo! Complimentary Texas Sweet Iced Tea! BYO with sangria carafes for $7.00 just grab a red wine from the pub or six pack we will provide the ice buckets!

We learned a ton from your feedback on the test kitchens so thank you!

Hi All, we will have our Grand Opening weekend of Texas Taco Company 15-March (Saturday) and 16-March (Sunday).

Breakfast tacos from 7:00am to 10:30am and lunch from 11:00 to 2:00pm both days. BYO for lunch.

All tacos are $7, can soda $3 and complimentary Texas sweet iced tea.

We will take booking for these days. If your interested in booking please comment below number in party, date and time.

Wow just wow, wow, wow!

I can’t wipe the smile off my face or the gratitude from my heart!

Thank you for coming to the test kitchen! We had an absolute blast and we served 180 tacos in three hours!

Huge shout out to my family and friends that helped make today possible! You’re rockstars!

I made my dream of bringing Texas Tacos to QLD a reality and I hope you enjoyed them! X
