Greetings everyone,.I apologize for my delayed contribution, now that it's February, and I'm excited to share my first post of the year 26. With a hectic schedule due to customer demand during holidays and celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, I'm now back on track. My freezer is fully stocked with a variety of dishes including Butter chicken, Chicken methi, Beef Punjabi, Lamb Rogan Josh, vegetarian Kofta curry, Aloo mutter paneer, chickpea curry, Rajma with baby spinach, black eye beans, and Gulab Jamun. Never too young to learn....All scrubbed, aproned and ready to learn how to cook Butter chicken. Weekend lesson...Saturday to marinating and Sunday to cook . Not bad for two day's commitment at this age. Great job Isabelle, Sophie and Callan for asking Nanni to teach you.
