Restoring the "Chill." ❄️

When a cooling tower starts losing its edge, it's usually because the small things are adding up.

Take this restoration for example. Over time, nozzles clog, fill media gets filled with scale, and bearings start to complain. We stepped in to hit the reset button.

By replacing everything from the motor and fan blades to the belts and bearings, we essentially rebuilt the unit from the inside out. New fill media and nozzles mean the water-to-air contact is back at 100% efficiency.

It’s been a while since we wrapped this one up, and it’s a testament to how "restoration" is often about precision engineering, not just maintenance.
