🥩 Not everyone can resist eating their beef straight away…
One of our customers has decided to dry-age some of their beef to take the flavour and tenderness to another level.
Dry-ageing allows natural enzymes to work on the meat over time, creating a richer, more intense beef flavour and an incredibly tender steak.
