I have NEVER tasted Leche Flan like the way Allie makes it and I want so many of you to try this silky smooth flavour. Although for Valentines earlier this year many customers got to try this Famous Filipino Dessert that she made as a once off.

Now she was nice enough to whip one together for the family last night and the memories it brought back were just wow couldnt get enough..

If you have never had Leche Flan then think creme caramel but with a slight twist.

So to help me persuade Allie to bring it back on the Rolli Polli Menu I just need to show her that you guys want it. We did cake tin size but how cool would little personal size ones be. You saw the cookie idea we were playing with but just on its own is enough wow.

Yes I know im talking it up but never tasted another like it.

Like and comment on this post enough times and it might twist her arm enough to bring it back.
