MEAT PROCESSING FLOOR STAFF:
We are looking for:
* Bo**rs - Commercial bo**rs required, kangaroo experience highly regarded
* Knife hands
* General Labourers
Pay rates:
• Based on current award rates ( Meat industry) or above depending on skill
Requirements:
In order to establish your career within this space, you will require the following attributes
* Have availability for full-time employment, Monday to Friday
* Have access to reliable transport
* Be reliable, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude
* Be comfortable working in a production & boning room
* Be able to adapt to a fast-paced physical role with a focus on safety and quality
Job includes:
Labourers:
- Heavy lifting approx 25kg
- Packing Product, boxing , strapping & labelling product
- Stacking Products on pallets
- Bandsaw use
- Unloading carcasses from truck
- Cleaning & Sanitising equipment
- Follow work health & safety regulations
- Machine operating
Knife hands
- Trimming
- Cutting
- Portion cuts
- Slicing
- Have a willingness to learn the basics and possibly preform duties such as, packing, labelling, machine operating, manual handling and cleaning.
