The very first store was opened in Baulkham Hills (NSW) and ever since, Australians have been able to enjoy all the benefits which come with having a local Cheesecake Shop nearby. With everything made on premises, the Cheesecake Shop provides superb, freshly baked tortes, continental and baked cheesecakes and desserts for any occasion imaginable! The Cheesecake Shop in now established in every state and territory in Australia and is quickly expanding developing internationally, with a presence in New Zealand, Poland and the UK.
