As a former Chef, I have always loved food and creating colourful and flavoursome dishes for customers, friends and family. After finding out I was Coeliac, my creative passion for food was reignited when I came across raw food (un)cooking and so my journey into healthy food choices began. I have since found a whole new world and believe that getting back to as close to what nature intended as po
