Anyone trying to shop in air-conditioned comfort don't bother going to Castletown. Best n Less is stifling, most shops on that side have little or no aircon. Rang centre management...twice now this week. Retailers' shouldn't be paying full rent. The amount of customer's lost would be huge Castltown Shopping Centre fix the problem.
